CREDIT FACILITIES AND ACCOUNT SERVICES

At Halso UK Fuels Limited we understand that every customer and their needs are different. We are pleased to offer a variety of payment options to suit all individuals and businesses alike.

We can also help you to spread the costs of buying your domestic heating oil in a number of ways, all designed to help your own budgets and cash flow.

Halso offer excellent facilities for business customers too, which are all tailored to your own needs as far as possible. We can accept payment in the following ways:

• Cash to the delivery driver (subject to value) or brought into your local office
• Cheque, either to the driver, directly into the office or via post
• Debit or credit card (credit card will incur 2.6% handling fee)
• Direct Debit
• Standing Order
• BACS Payment

Our commercial customers’ preferred methods of payment are usually either BACS or Direct Debit. Certain accounts must be Direct Debit

Our regular domestic customer’s get seven or even fourteen days in which to pay us, be it by cheque, cash, or card. This is particularly useful if you’re waiting until payday, or perhaps even if you’re simply not going to be at home when we deliver. We’ll come along, deliver the fuel and leave the metered delivery note along with the amount payable/terms in your post box. New customers are strictly payment up front by one of the above methods.

Alternatively some domestic customers choose Standing Order or /Direct Debit – We appreciate you probably have a very busy lifestyle, so why not make paying bills slightly easier? Either set up a direct debit with us to pay your invoice in full, or perhaps agree a fixed amount to put into your very own “credit account” with us. Order your fuel and spread the cost over the course of the year, at no extra cost.
